While the apartment itself is secure, clean, and professionally managed, the outside environment is part of an active urban setting and is outside of host control. PARKING: Nearby Parking is available behind the building under the overpass. Please note that the parking area is currently under construction as part of ongoing improvements to make it a safer and cleaner environment for guests. For the time being, we highly recommend the nearby Norton parking garage as an alternative option. It is secure, conveniently located, and well-lit, though parking fees do apply. Additional paid street parking is also available nearby. PET POLICY: We’re happy to welcome pets! • 1–7 nights: $35/night per pet • 8–29 nights: $200 per pet • 30+ nights: $300 per pet HOUSE RULES & IMPORTANT POLICIES: • Strictly NO PARTIES or events • Strictly NO SMOKING inside the unit • Quiet hours are from 10 PM – 8 AM • Only registered guests are allowed inside the property unless approved by the host • Please do not unplug connected electronics or devices • Guests are responsible for any damages, missing items, or excessive cleaning caused during the stay.
